During a workplace needs assessment, we explore the unique strengths, challenges and support needs of the individual employee to help them thrive whether theyโre experiencing barriers due to a neurodivergence such as ADHD, dyslexia or autism, mental health conditions, physical, health or sensory disabilities.
Our enhanced process involves a thorough exploration of areas that impact daily work, such as reading, research, writing, communication, meetings, presentations, time management and wellbeing. By expertly interpreting condition specific difficulties, from cognitive function or working memory through to visual or ergonomic needs, we identity and design personalised strategies to help employees perform and thrive in their roles.
