- You want or need a diagnosis of a specific learning difficulty
- You feel like you would benefit from having a specific label for your experiences
- You need to access neurodivergent support such as Access to Work, exam arrangements, DSA or reasonable adjustments
- You are an adult or young person aged 16 or over
