How do I get Brain in Hand?

If you are interested in this software, there are a number of different payment options.

If you are a university student and eligible for the Disabled Student’s Allowance (DSA), this fund may cover the cost of Brain in Hand if deemed essential as part of your education support.

Employees may be eligible for funding through the UK’s Access to Work scheme, which helps cover assistive tools, AI and resources needed in the workplace. Employers can also opt to directly purchase Brain in Hand as part of reasonable adjustments for their neurodivergent staff.

There is also the option to self-fund, giving you access to two 30-minute coaching sessions per month, extra onboarding sessions in the first three months, 24/7 on-demand phone, email, or text support, and unlimited access to the app’s digital tools.

Support to explore software and AI tools

At Aim Forward, we have seen so many people thrive when they incorporate assistive technology software and AI tools into their work, study and everyday life. The choices and options out there can seem overwhelming, which is where our needs assessments can support you in narrowing down what is available to what can really work for you. In a needs assessment we help you to explore what barriers you might be facing as a result of your neurodivergence, mental or physical health condition, and then make suggestions based on years of experience.
